Hello to All!

I am trying to read an HTML file directly into MATHEMATICA without the
standard cut-and-paste approach to convert it first into ASCII.  One
possiblitiy is to use a filter or automated procedure to convert HTML
to ASCII before have MATHEMATICA read it (i have not been able to find
one).  The proceedure must be compatable with windows 95 or DOS
operating systems.

Would greatly appreciate any help in solving my problem.  Thanks.
