Mac Mathlink Dev Kit?

Does anyone know where I can get a Macintosh Mathlink development kit
that works? The one on the V3 Mathematica CD-ROM and the one on
Wolfram's FTP server are both obsolete.

The worst problem is that SAmprep generates code that uses obsolete
library calls. A lesser problem is that the Create Codewarrior Projects
doesn't work with Codewarrior Pro 2.
