Does anyone know how to put borders around all of the output cells from a
TableForm command?

Jeff,

I suppose you are using a Notebook Front End.
If so select the (Format) menu then select (Option Inspector).

Change the selection (Show option value for) to "global" or "notebook". Use
"notebook" if you want to make the change for this notebook alone. Use
"global" if you want it to use your selection forever.

At the Lookup prompt enter
   GridFrame
Toggle the GridFrame selection to True.
Click the Apply selection.

Close the OptionInspector.

Now all your TableForm stuff will have a border around them.

Ted Ersek
