Win 98 Printing Problems

I'm also having printing problems after "upgrading" from Win95 to Win98. My HP LJ 6P sometimes prints successfully, sometimes prints pages of garbled characters, and sometimes the entire PC reboots. Any ideas? Thanks, David Behrman
