Well, in fact I found one.

Select all Cells and convert them to InputForm. Watch out, this
is BUGGY! It sometimes converts [] into () !!! [1]
Select all Cells and make them Initialization Cells (Cells->Cell Properties)
Save the file as special -> package format.
There you go.

[1] I started working with InputForm input format as default because
this so-called editor is less f*cked up then
