i know how to export graphs in EPS format from the by using the " Save
Selection As...EPS". That is not the problem however...
Let's say I plot the following function...

Plot[Sin[x], {x, -5, 5},
  AxesLabel -> {"this is the x axis", "this is the y axis"}]

...these graphs(in EPS format) are then inserted into a latex document
...
The Axis labels are not postscript font...so they do not match the text
of the latex document...is there anyway around this...?

Thanks,
