If you need a solution very quickly, then download the demo version of our
circuit analysis toolbox Analog Insydes from the web site shown in my
signature. Analog Insydes provides graphics functions for Bode, Nyquist,
Nichol, and root locus plots, etc.

Hint: To display the plot without the word "Demo" across, redisplay the plot
with Show[plot, Epilog->{}].
