ZigZag ... do you mean the generalized tangent numbers and generalised Euler
numbers. I don't see a *direct* relationship to your random walk, but ...

numbers. Just to persist with this in case I am on track
with what you are looking for, Sloane's On line encyclopedia includes
sequences of generalised tangent and Euler numbers.
