Join[Sequence @@ #] & /@ Flatten[Transpose /@ c, 1]

{{1, 1, 1, 2, 2, 2}, {1, 1, 1, 2, 2, 2}, {1, 1, 1, 2, 2, 2}, 
  {3, 3, 3, 4, 4, 4}, {3, 3, 3, 4, 4, 4}, {3, 3, 3, 4, 4, 4}}
