Simon,

Two ways:

Firstly
- select the text that you want to set to font size 13.
- use menu>Format>Size>Other then type in 13. (or 132.235 if you want)
This will cause the text to be 13 point on screen and in print.

You can select all text cells at once by holding down the Alt key and
clicking on one of them.

Secondly
To automatically print in 13 point while keeping to the default 12 point on
screen :
 - menu>Format> Edit Style Sheet> (maybe Import Private Copy for safety)
 - Styles for Body Text > Modification for style "Text"  in style
environment "PrintOut".
 - set the font size of this cell to 13 as done above.
 - close the style sheet.
