Has anyone already suggested that you look at the following 
Standard Packages:

Statistics`MultiDescriptiveStatistics`
Statistics`MultiDiscreteDistributions`
Statistics`MultinormalDistribution`

and the Application Packs

Time Series 1.3
Experimental Data Analysts 1.1

and the book by Colin Rose (with Murray Smith)
  
Mathematical Statistics with Mathematica
(with a chapter on multivariate descriptive statistics)

and the associated mathStatica application pack ?
