Unfortunately, InterCall is no longer available because its developer,
Terry Robb, is not prepared to undertake the significant modifications
required to make it run under the versions of MathLink released since
Mathematica 3.0.

Perhaps one day Terry would be prepared to release the source code for 
InterCall. There might be some keen user out there prepared to get it 
working under Mathematica 4.x, rather than having it die out altogether.
