Check the path on each of your files. Math 5.0.1 and Math 5.1 reside in 
different directories. Installing 5.1 doesn't automatically change the path 
names of your nb or data files (perhaps you have been saving your nb's in 
the same directory as 5.0.1, which shouldn't be done).
