Try this
<< Graphics`
ls = Table[{x, x}, {x, 0.1, 1000}];
LogLinearListPlot[ls, Ticks -> {{10, 100, 1000}, Automatic}]
However, this will not display the ticks at 10 on x-axis, as it will be
very close to the origin.
