That's what I see as well (Mathematica 5.1 on Windows XP), except that the 
long vertical bar has a small empty rectangle at its upper right corner 
(occasionally the rectangle is replaced by a small T). I'm fairly sure this 
isn't intentionally a new notation, so there must be a font problem 
somewhere.
