That seems to be the default already, in my installation.

A related option, ShortBoxForm->False, was one of the measures recommended to me two or three years ago, when I was getting corrupted notebooks after upgrading to 4.2.

I'm puzzled the setting has endured to the present version, however, with no attention from me.
