Hi Scott,
the tranfsformation matrix can be obtained from 
SingularValueDecomposition (3. matrix).

Unfortunately, people from different directions have different names for 
the same thing, what makes it rather confusing. Principal Components are 
the same like singular vectors or (under certain circumstances) 
Eigenvectors.
