I am sure there will be better solutions but this came to my mind:

Flatten[Table[(Flatten[Transpose[A[n]][#1], 1] &) /@ Range[3],
{n, 1, 2}], 1]
{{aa[1, 1], aa[1, 2], aa[1, 3], bb[1, 1], bb[1, 2], bb[1, 3]}, {aa[2,
1], aa[2, 2], aa[2, 3], bb[2, 1], bb[2, 2], bb[2, 3]},
  {aa[3, 1], aa[3, 2], aa[3, 3], bb[3, 1], bb[3, 2], bb[3, 3]}, {cc[1,
1], cc[1, 2], cc[1, 3], dd[1, 1], dd[1, 2], dd[1, 3]},
  {cc[2, 1], cc[2, 2], cc[2, 3], dd[2, 1], dd[2, 2], dd[2, 3]}, {cc[3,
1], cc[3, 2], cc[3, 3], dd[3, 1], dd[3, 2], dd[3, 3]}}
