I am not aware of any other formats for this document.
Have you tried (and succeeded) visualizing the file on screen? (To do
so, you must have a PDF reader installed on your system. For instance,
Acrobat Reader, PrimoPDF, or GhostView to name a few.) What
platform/system do you use?
