Is there a way to improve the appearance of text on screen in Mathematica? In particular, default fonts seem somewhat "jaggy". For instance, here's an example of snippet (125% zoom) in Mathematica and comparable resolution rendered with Latex http://yaroslavvb.com/share/mathematica-latex.PNG
