I too preferred the old system. It was particularly good for package 
documentation where it often really makes sense to read the whole 
article. For example, looking up the help for LoadJavaClass made more 
sense with the old system because you could immediately see where it 
fitted into the broader J/Link documentation. Maybe it will get fixed in 
6.1!
