I get this error:

"No more memory available.
Mathematica kernel has shut down.
Try quitting other applications and then retry."

on an AMD 3200+, Mathematica 6, WinXP SP-2, with 2GB RAM.

Version 5.2 runs the same code, no problems, with this output:
