coordinate system

Dear group, i have a probably rather simple problem regarding plotting. I want to create plots in a right handed coordinate system that has z positive down, that is X (positive North), Y (positive East), and Z (positive down). How can i achieve that when creating a 3D plot? I played around with AffineShape in Mathematica 5.2 and changing the Ticks in the plot but i was wondering if there is an straight forward way of doing that? Now i am using Mathematica 6.
