Hi, At library.wolfram.com, there is a link to a 1996 package for generating such DOPs as Chebyshev, Hahn, Meixner, etc (i.e., orthogonal in discrete summation, rather than integration). But the link leads to archiv.org, which in turn points to a dead link. Can anyone point to a Mathematica implementation of DOPs? Thanks!
