Here was one answer on 8 Dec 09 to a similar question.

That gives methods for drawing dynamic geometric diagrams and finding
intersections of lines-lines, lines-circles, circles-circles and
point-(circle tangent point).

Or you can write the quadratic equations for the two circles and then use
Solve or NSolve to obtain the intersections (if there are any.)

Hey,
I m already hours busy with trying to find a way to indicate the coordinates
of the point(s) where two circles intersect. 
Does Mathematica have a function that gives me the points of intersection if
my input are the coordinates (in 2D) and the radii.
