Change the Screen Environment to "Working" in format menu. A new set of
notebooks will be uploaded next week that set this by default but also have
some other formatting tweaks. The notebooks you have are optimized for
printing.

Hi,

Thanks for the opportunity to get the electronic version of this book at a
bargain price ($9.99).

I downloaded the notebook version as well as the PDF. However on my system
when I open the notebooks the format is disconcertingly weird! Text is
scrunched against the left hand window edge, maybe there is a stylesheet
problem?

Has anyone else had this problem?

Cheers .... Syd
