Yes, Mathematica can do weighted nonlinear curve fitting. Use
NonlinearModelFit. If you look this up in the documentation
center, scroll down, click on the arrow near Options then click
on the arrow near Weights you will find an example of doing a
weighted nonlinear curve fit.
