Sorry, the problem turned to be local. I saw the anomalies while running the code from http://demonstrations.wolfram.com/MagneticResonanceAndBlochEquations/ on my desktop. Now this is fixed. The solution seen on the Wolfram server looks fine. Please accept my apologies for the false alarm. Thanks for your help.
