This should work:

 Epilog -> {Text[
    Framed[Style["b^2-4 a c =" <> ToString[b^2 - 4 a c],
      FontSize -> 20]], {5, 5}]}

If you want a nicer formatting you could do something like

Epilog -> {Text[
   Framed[Style[
     ToString[StandardForm[HoldForm[b^2 - 4 a c]]] <> "=" <>
      ToString[b^2 - 4 a c], FontSize -> 20]], {5, 5}]}
