Mma postscript to Illustrator

I would like to know if anyone has been able to take a postscript output
plot and open it in Adobe Illustrator.  I always get Offending Command error.
I am using Mma 2.0.4.5 on a NeXT with Illustrator on both a NeXT and Mac.  Any
assistance is appreciated.
