Mathematica 386/7 user interface

I've just started using Matematica 386/7 version 2.0.2. Each time I press ENTER my whole screen seems to be redrawn, causing the cursor to flash all down the screen. I've used 386/7 version 1.2 and version 2.0 on a Sun 4 with no such problems. 

Does anyone know of a cure, or am I the only suffer??  

Also, under Mathematica 386/7 version 1.2, the cursor changed appearence when you was in insert mode, making for easy changes when running interactivly. This no longer happens in version 2. 

Does anyone wkow of a PD Terminate and Stay Resident Program (TSR) that will change my cursor when in insert mode??
