Neural Network Notebooks?

My attempt to find the "Exploring Neural Networks Packages in
Mathematica" in the MathSource archive failed.  I couldn't find them
listed in the lengthy and apparently complete listing of the archive
contents that I received.  If Professor Vidal (or someone else) can give
me exact instructions on how to obtain them, I would be very grateful. 
If the packages haven't yet been uploaded, that's fine -- I would also
be grateful to receive notice when they have been uploaded. Thanks in
advance.
