For the time being NICE does not support DOS 6. Exactly for the sort of reasons discussed below, we try to define a standard PC configuration which will work with the current, recommended applications. cheers David Foster. p.s. This input is useful as we are putting together a standard configuration including DOS 6. People short of DOS memory are currently recommended to use QEMM. ---------- > From: Peter_M.Saama > To: mathgroup > Subject: Re: DOS 6 and Mathematica > Date: Thursday, July 08, 1993 8:57AM > > Return-Path: <09207PSA at msu.edu> > Received: from dxmint.cern.ch by msmail.cern.ch id <2C42C18A at msmail.cern.ch>; > Tue, 13 Jul 93 14:07:06 MET > Received: from dxmint.cern.ch by dxcern.cern.ch (5.65/DEC-Ultrix/4.3) id > AA27260; Tue, 13 Jul 1993 14:07:00 +0200 > Received: from crnvmb.cern.ch by dxmint.cern.ch (5.65/DEC-Ultrix/4.3) id > AA28090; Tue, 13 Jul 1993 14:06:59 +0200 > Resent-Message-Id: <9307131206.AA28090 at dxmint.cern.ch> > Received: from CERNVM.CERN.CH by CERNVM.CERN.CH (IBM VM SMTP V2R2) with BSMTP > id 0285; Tue, 13 Jul 93 14:06:56 SET > Received: from CERNVM.CERN.CH (NJE origin DJADJ at CERNVM) by CERNVM.CERN.CH > (LMail V1.1d/1.7f) with BSMTP id 5269; Tue, 13 Jul 1993 14:06:56 +0200 > Resent-Date: Tue, 13 Jul 93 14:06:41 SET > Resent-From: "D.
