New math.el

The Gnu Emacs mode package math.el lets one run Mathmatica under Gnu
Emacs.  The previous version failed on Gnu Emacs 19.23.  A new release
fixes this problem.  

It is available by anonymous ftp from butler.hpl.hp.com (192.6.19.31)
as jacobson/emacs/math.el or jacobson/emacs/math.el.Z.

I've also sent it to WRI's mathsource and the LCD archive, but these
are just e-mail submissions and it may well take a day or two before
the new version is available at these sites.
