If there are no list-related expressions, you can use Compile--

like  compiled_function=Compile[{x,y},Block[{z,t,aa,bb,cc,...},
					aa=...;
					bb=x-y;
					....
				      ]
			]

I also assume that there are no special functions that cannot
be compiled, like Bessel, Eliptic, etc.
