Loading the Graphics'Arrow' package gives that ability in MMA 2.2.1.
You can vary the shapes of the arrows, as well as making wind barbs to

Could someone tell me what are the commands to plot vectors
(arrows) in 3D Graphics, knowing the start point and the end
point of the vector ?
I want arrows and not simple lines !
Thanks.
