Mathematica TIFF question for Jeffrey Adams

These are questions for Jeffrey Adams, a subscriber to the MathGroup.
I thought I had his e-mail address (jeff at tiag.com) but it doesn't seem
to work. Is he out there, or does anyone know how I can get in touch
with him?

Some time back he posted to the MathGroup a message that said he was
near to completing a package (Graphics`Tiff`) to read and write TIFF
format image files.

Has this been released ?

Does this still only work on NEXTSTEP machines or has it been ported
to other platforms ?  If not, do you plan to port it ?
