I've just uploaded the program Mma2ltx to the CTAN archives. CTAN archives
are the following ftp sites:

	ftp.sush.edu
	ftp.dante.de
	ftp.tex.ac.uk

in the directory /tex-archive/graphics/mma2ltx/

Mma2ltx is a program which allows to include graphics produced by
the program Mathematica in a LaTeX document using LaTeX fonts and
symbols.

Mma2ltx takes a graphics file created by Mathematica
and substitutes every label and string with equivalent
strings suitable for LaTeX (in this way it's possible to use
LaTeX control sequence in the Mathematica graphic's labels).
LaTeX macros to allow the full control over every label converted are
also provided.
Support for Unix, MS/DOS and Amiga provided.
MMa2ltx requires DVIPS.

Mma2ltx is shareware but not crippled in any way (even C sources are
included).
