Has anyone used the notebook to html conversion program from
MathSource? It's unix based, which I don't use often and I would like to
know if there is another method. Also there used to be notebooks and
examples at Monash. They used to be at
http://www.maths.monash.edu.au/people/tdr/nbks/Index.html
but I can't find anything Mathematica related there any longer.
