I got 12.4 sec on a P133 with 24MB ram. Thats almost a factor of 10, and 
it is hard to believe that the problem is all in the hardware. On other 
benchmarks, such as published recently by one of our German colleagues, 
Win95 is SLOW, perhaps 2 or three times.

BTW, is MMA 2.2.4 the student Version? The student version has built in 
landblocks and roadmines.
