hi!
does anyone out there know something about the algorithm
mathematica uses to calculate the eigenvalues of a matrix?
i visited the wr-web-site but the pages with those "behind"-
informations are still under construction *sigh*.
is there a package which provides faster eigenvalue/eigenvector-
functions or some for sparse matrices (matrices with only
some diagonals and the edges occupied) ?
tnx!
