Oscar,

Wolfram has an Electrical Engineering package, that does good 
circuits, but does not tell anyone how to draw them.

I use Framemaker, which has a good drawing package and a 
fair electronic symbol table.  I have used it for three or four
years while teaching circuits, electronics, linear systems, etc.
