With the second problem Michael probably had the front end option
to disply page breaks turned on. That's how it worked for me with
Ver 3.0 for Windows 95.

|I have two problems with Mathematica 3.0..
|#1) When I use HTMLSave, I get an error message saying
| "cannot open Michael.nb". (Michael.nb is the
| style sheet I want to use.) Consequently, the
| gif's for the equations are too small. What is
| going on? Michael.nb is in the same directory as
| all the other style sheets...
|#2) A lot of the times when I start a new cell, after I type the
| first character the window I am in becomes deactivated.
| So I am forced to click on the window again to continue.
| How can I stop this?
