ContourPlot3D is what you want. It is a standard package in v.3. It's
also on MathSource. <http://www.mathsource.com/>

Btw, ContourPlot3D is written by Tom Wickham-Jones at Wolfram. I'm
curious: What is the general algorithm to write something like
ContourPlot3D?
