Converting FORTRAN Code into MMA3.0

Does anybody have experience with converting FORTRAN code into MMA 3.0? I
received some FORTRAN code but lack the corresponding compiler. Therefore I
am contemplating to rewrite the code in MMA 3.0? Any tips, suggestions, and
hints are welcome.
