Dear Mathematica Users,

Has anybody an experience with compiling any toolboxes for linking 
with Matlab (like MaMa, Matlabio and so on). I am specially 
interested in versions for Windows 95. If there are exist any 
compiled exe program for it. How to obtain it or how to succesfully 
compile it with Watcom C?

The instruction for Matlabio from MathSource is not very clear for 
me.
