How does ImageRegion work?

Hi,
I have tried to find out how the ImageRegion in the Option Inspector
params. work, but I have not found any info. in the manuals. I changed
them, and now I'm not able to get any graphics at all. Just an empty
area. Which are the default param. settings for the graphics option
Image Bounding Box?
