ReadSoundFile...help

     All I am trying to do is read a .wav file into a notebook so that I can display it and get a list of the sound sampled at 22kHz.
	I have opened Misc.audio and when I run the readsoundfile command I get "OpenRead::noopen : Cannot open chimes.wav"  This demo is supposed to be right out of the manual, so why doen't it work.
