A lot of important controls work is now done with fuzzy logic.  There is
a fuzzy logic pack for Mathematica, but for purposes of designing
controllers, it would be best to have some fuzzy capabilities in the
Control Systems Pack.

Kalman filters are indeed used, but not as commonly as their optimum
nature might suggest.

Are there any fuzzy logic routines in the Controls pack?  What about
determining the stability of a fuzzy-logic controller?  (A more
difficult problem.)
