Thanks for the question! Actually the new version of the  non-commercial
applet LiveGraphics -1.70 is able to show  animated Mathematica
graphics in HTML pages and let the  user rotate them at the same time.

However the animation should be quite simple, otherwise the applet will
take quite a long time to initialize and display the graphics.
